Pup-Mate (Club-Mate style soft drink)

Makes 1l

Ingredients

• 3 Tbsp Yerba Mate
• 500ml Water
• 35g Brown Sugar
• 1/2tsp Citric Acid Powder
• 500ml Sparkling Water

Method

1. Infuse 3Tbsp Yerba Mate with 500ml boiled water for ~7 minutes.
2. Whisk in brown sugar and citric acid until dissolved.
3. Let cool until fridge cold.
4. Mix with 500ml Sparkling/Soda water.
5. Serve with ice if preferred.

Notes

Close enough to club mate to hit good, super tasty, and way easier than importing the bottled stuff.
